Cyclinic’s MTB Skills courses are run all year round throughout Brisbane’s popular Gap Creek and Bunya Forest MTB Parks. Cyclinic’s specialty one-on-one style sessions are catered for the individual needs! Sessions are 100% tailored to suit your riding style and ability, and the focus is on helping you get the most enjoyment out of your Mountain biking. Our skills courses will benefit you more than any ‘off-the-shelf’ training program could ever do!

The key to enjoyable Mountain Biking is efficiency! Cyclinic will teach you how to be efficient, involving the techniques on ‘Flattening and Straightening’ the trail, and all the fundamental skills you’ll need to be confident on any trail, any time.

Starting in Sydney, Cyclinic has now held courses all around Australia. Our coaches (Below), are the only MTB coaches in Australia who continue to race at an elite level. Our experience is your gain.

One-On-One Training: In our popular personalised sesions, we instruct on the various intricacies of mountain bike skills, covering techniques such as descending with confidence and speed, getting the most out of corners, mono-hopping, track-standing, technical climbing and skids. Well… maybe not skids, but our focus will be on you becomming more efficient on the MTB! You’ll get from a to b faster and safer, saving all that energy for the final climb, the sprint to the finish, or the coffee shop sprint – whatever suits your fancy.

Race Specific 1 on 1: The MTB Race clinic is targeted towards all levels of mountain bikers, with the specific focus on racing. Whether you’re a newbie, looking at racing cross country or training for a longer event, or are a regular on the racing scene, Cyclinic will cater for your skill level. This is a great clinic for junior mtb cyclists and the seasoned rider getting into racing.

To cater for varying abilities in the group, Cyclinic will often split the group into two for riding sessions, allowing the more experienced riders and the newer pedal-pushers to both gain from the Cyclinic experience. Cyclinic’s own ‘In-House’ coach Anna Beck also talks about race preparation including physical, mental and nutritional preparation, as well as the importance of bike setup in a racing situation. Anna is also a Level 1 Cycling Australia coach, and is currently coaching junior athletes in the MTB XC discipline.
